Banqueting House Banqueting House has three floors: the first floor is a high socle with small windows, which indicates utility room. Large light hall is on the second and third floors. Rubens painted the Banqueting House in 1635 year. He made platforms to King Jacob, which are the main sights. Queen Victoria handed Banqueting House to Royal Consultative Institute.
